A wedding invitation email is a formal letter that is sent to the guests of a wedding. The email can be sent out by the bride and groom, or by the wedding planner.

There are three parts to a wedding invitation email: the subject line, the body, and the signature. The subject line should be an attention-grabbing sentence that will make people want to open it. For example, “It’s time!” or “You’re invited!” The body should include information about when and where the event will take place, what is expected of guests at this event (such as dress code), and any other relevant information about logistics for attending this event. The signature should include both names of the bride and groom with their contact information (including phone number).

Note:

It is important for an email template to be effective. It needs to be written in a way that will convert the reader into a customer. We have picked some email templates that are worth checking out (e.g sick leave, holiday, holiday greetings, health reasons, family reasons etc).

For more information on email templates, please see About us section of this website.
